Coshare is a social group-buying platform. We help people come together to pay for — and enjoy — premium experiences that are too expensive, or just not as much fun, to buy alone.
Why we exist
A great night out is usually priced for a group. The table has a minimum spend. The bottle only comes whole. The VIP box seats eight. If you're not rolling with a crew, you either pay for all of it or you miss out.
Coshare fixes that. Every experience is listed with its total value and split into equal shares. You buy one, others buy theirs, and you all meet at the venue at the agreed time.
And it isn't only nights out. Rides, foodstuff, training, subscriptions: if it can be shared, it can be a Coshare.

Everything you need to know before your first share.
Coshare is a social group-buying platform for premium experiences. Instead of one person paying for a whole bottle, table, VIP box or private booking, a group of people each buy an equal share of it and enjoy it together.
Every Coshare has a total value and a fixed number of shares. A ₦180,000 bottle split between 6 people is ₦30,000 per share. You pay for your share, the group fills up, and everyone meets at the venue at the agreed opening time.
Anything people can buy, use or enjoy together: rides to work, foodstuff bought in bulk, training courses, subscriptions, accommodation, events, tables and more. If you can't find a category that fits, choose Custom and say what it is.
Open a share, check what's included, the rules and the opening time, then tap Join Share and pay for your spot. You get a booking reference straight away, and a confirmation once the share fills.
Yes. Tell us what you're sharing, where, when, how much it costs in total and how many people can join. Every share is reviewed before it goes live so the pricing and details are clear for everyone.
Bottle and table shares begin at the agreed opening time and the group does not wait. If you arrive late you may lose access to the share, and a late arrival may not qualify for a refund. Please be on time.
You can cancel up to 24 hours before the opening time for a full refund of your share price. Inside 24 hours, your share is only refundable if someone else takes your spot. The cancellation policy is shown on every share before you pay.
If a share hasn't filled by its closing time, everyone who paid can request their share price back from their profile. The 10% Coshare fee is not refundable.
Organizers confirm their identity and phone number, and we confirm the reservation or purchase with the venue before a share is approved. Verified organizers carry a badge on every share they host.
Yes. Payments are received and processed through the account of IDCode Nigeria Limited, the company behind Coshare. Your payment is secure, and if a refund is due it is sent back to you as quickly as possible.
