Refund Policy

The 10% Coshare fee paid with each share is not refundable. Every refund described below returns the share price only.

If a share hasn't filled by its date, your share price stays in your wallet and you can request it back from your profile. The 10% Coshare fee is not refundable.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the opening time for a refund of your share price.

Inside 24 hours, your share is refundable only if another person takes your spot before the opening time.

Late arrival may result in loss of access to the share and may not qualify for a refund. The bottle or table is opened once, at the agreed time.

Your share price is refunded. The 10% Coshare fee is not refundable.

Refunds are sent by bank transfer to the account you paid from, usually within 1–5 working days.
